Good work environment and supportive culture. Company policies are good and they give good sallary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of policies and the management doesn't address. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resigne.

The profile i am working is comfortable , not that much stress , staff behaviour is good.

No option for growth in term of learning and salary. If u like comfortable job and near haridwar location, it will good for you.

...s organization. Good work environment and policies as they provide to the staff. Appraisal not done due to pendamic covid-19 But I m okay okay with it because there was no salary deduction during lockdown journey and they provide a medical facility and bonus on Diwali

Blind favoritisms of MD on home grown child with no outside exp: An..p P..d.y. If MD want to hire Peon/Cook/Engineer/Manager/GM/SVP/CEO then he will 1st ask An..p P..d.y. The shortlisting/interview/compensation/final decision will be taken by An..p P..d.y. And the funniest part is... even Plant Heads and CEO are/will report to An..p P..d.y. MD of the company can't take his single decision without help of him so spoiling the entire culture and hence no growth since many years. Suggestion to Management: Open your eyes and accept the reality.

This is project based company, so your job will be secure until company have projects in his hand, working culture is not so professional type, management level seniors are well knowledged, they motivate their teams and also appriciate teams effort and hardwork, company is working on very less policies and policies are varying from mam to man in this company.

Dislikes

Here all your seniors are your boss and all are giving works to the same junior at the same time, All management level persons are not giving proper feedback of their team.
