They want to overuse the teacher's skill.They give less pay as they give work load. No any proper system is there in school for teachers. Very bad school I have ever seen even worked with more than 5 schools.

There's nothing to like except they give chance to freshers as they'd take less salary and could be exploited in every possible manner.

Dislikes

Everything. Every other day they'll make a new policy. You'll be so frustrated that you'll wish to quit instantly and forget the one month salary you deposited as security with them. There are chances that you won't even get that month's complete salary. You're responsible for students' fees and attendance. Salary will be deducted for more than 5-6 Students absence in a class of 60-70 students. If 80% fees of the class is not clear they'll not give the salary to the class teacher. On late payment they'll not charge the fine even if the parents make a fuss thereby leading to the teacher suffering for everything. Parents management everyone disrespects and demean teachers. No one is there to stand for them. You'll be asked to write apology letter for anything and everything. Even the students know teachers ki koi izzat nhi hai. Schools like this make sure that good teachers quit and switch careers. You won't even be given an appointment letter. experience certificate is given after three years.

...siping with her and they r favourite even they r not taking lectures properly. salary deduction is at highest peak not informing about deduction. Lots of work teachers daily leaving job here .

Avadh of Daroga kheda branch students are having VIP treatment and they bully teachers coming late creating dirty remarks upon teachers and principal enjoying always principal pressurise teachers to pass them because they r paying to us she was saying this in meeting. Full of money minded.

Nothing.. Because this school is so irritating for teacher. Question paper already reveal by teacher before exam .I have not seen such type of school

No daily assembly Zero study No time table it change every 10 days There inspection team behavior is so poor they think they are above then teacher .They insult you infront of students. they can terminate you any time without reason

Avadh collegiate school Environment & Culture is very nice & some teachers are supportive & management are also good . This school gives excellent work experience & different skills .

I have no issues in this school.
