Don't give salary on time, salary comes on 11th of every month,and week off are not even fixed and salary is not justified by the type and amount of work. And most annoying thing is they can change location whenever they want.

Company led by 2 ex- Big 4 employees who operate under name of relatives. It is very strange.

...ght. Employees are just workers who get paid. There is nothing like HR policies. We were not paid full salary during lockdown. Some of the team members do side business with the clients. It is pathetic culture and environment. Most people I know are looking for opportunities outside.

Being part of this company since 4.5 years gave an opportunity to work on multiples assignment where I learned a lot about project handling, quality work deliverable, large size team handling Availability of management at the time of requirements helps a lot to boost your morale and it always brings out best of you. Growth opportunity is always wide open and provided on performance basis. Big thumbs up to all team members present at different level to identify the deserving candidate whenever requires
