High work load, Client is more important than employee, no appraisal , no work life balance, no enjoyment, no any extra benefit than salary, no job security, no insurance, no award, no enjoyment, no celebration, no bonus, no incentive, no training, no skill improvement, no transport, no gym, no cafeteria, no outing

The company has great work environment and open to adopt latest technology. I have good career growth in this company. I learned new thing in my field. I have my great work-life balance in this company. I can spend my time with family. No late night work.

Dislikes

There is no training for fresher. There is no fixed salary date. It must be within first 3 days of each month. There is no performance policy in appraisal. There is fixed amount appraisal for every one which is something need to change.
