Compensation is OK for travelling. But they req roi on year end. Which is hate me due to I used to work for 12 to 18 hrs a straight day..

the company teammates are good. ready to teach at the any time for company.Any doubt in machine processing i ask to clear the teammates.The working atmosphere is natuarally.

Autoprint is medium scale industry.There is many things to learn.We can good experience in sheet metal,mechanical drives etc..

Management is not good, they will keep on charging targets every month and will ask to sign bond for target, if we didn’t achieve its punishable, they won’t give employees salary and incentives TA DA in proper time, they will find way to hold money and if u ask any question they will throw u at any time

Tere was some politics in the office and they don't address our issues.. growth rate was also slow...
