Nothing is good here Management is worse especially upper management they dont have the sense of work , they act like a limited company but they are still deep inside a “Lala” company who does not work on ethics.

This company has a toxic and unprofessional work culture. Poor management and lack of support for its employees. HR Staff in particulars, are disrespected and face unrealistic expectation the company has no clear policies, Offers no proper induction or training, and ignores labor law. employee engagement is non-existent, and senior leaders lack professionalism. the company does not value its employees, offering no real career growth and will use them until they are no longer needed, avoid company if you value a positive and supportive work environment. There working 9 hrs. from Monday to Saturday they are not following Shops establishment act rules for timings. They don't have POSH policy even though 80 % have male employees. Will suggest not to join such company where there is no respect of employees and this company hire candidates from South, Rajasthan, and North but they don't preferred Maharashtrian for certain post even though there HO in maharashtra.
