Well the job security is good as long as you are good in your work. The company does pay well in case you are good in explaining your work.

The skills & development part is not okay & neither company promote the culture. Work life balance is a big problem along with micromanagement politics.

Compensations cut for 6 months from match, good thing is they've not fired ppl until now

Unfair policies, lower than market rate compensation, no appreciation, company is always in favour of dev while drafting policies.

Lots of opportunities to learn. Open door policy at place so if you have the right skill-set you can switch departments. The management is super friendly and approachable. The company is growing at an rapid pace so right place to kickstart/boost your career. The office atmosphere is non political and quite chill.

Company is located in a horrible location in Bangalore, HSR layout, manager in Bangalore office blackmails his employee if he is in notice period and purposely make him work like as if he is a slave, please don't join this company

Likes

Provide jobs for unskilled as well as skilled people. Incentives are good for implementation team which works across different plants pan India.

Dislikes

Even so incentives are good it get lot of time to receive those incentives as well as vouchers. Salary increment is very low. You need to work 9-10 hrs daily, sometimes even 12hrs of shift time still you'll not receive any over time charges.
