Salary on time but you will be underpaid & they do fraud with every freshers & employee to make there full-time delay or cut salaries. Egoistic founders and toxic place to work.

You will be working like a slave day & night and no work management & appraisals. You will learn to do jaugad not engineering. Micro management created by management. No job security and you will be mentally exhausted with this environment. CEO is so rude & use abusive language with everyone. Even senior members don't have respect here.

Only one plus point is salary on time.

- One person with its own EGO, they don't think about employees. - Environment is very negative, if they don't like you or you will not matching with them EGO, then you worst time is start. - They don't give you full salary as they mentioned in your previously (letter). - Senior Employees/Managers is having no respect there. - If you are fresher be ready to teach yourself because their is no same tech senior employee who can help you in development. (Be ready for teaching yourself from YouTube, Udemy, etc.), if you ask for the help they will tell you the same as I mentioned above. - No job security, if you don't fit in Ego. - No Work life balance. - No appraisal, If you are a fresher they try to extend your training period, After that if you are full time employee, they will not give you officially confirmation, as they tried to scam you, whenever you tried to leave them.

1. the head of company mo****fu**er Anurag bajpee he was totally egostic and i got hired on campus placement and removed me within six months after working and completing the major project of company . he given me offer 4.5 lpa +2lpa they will give 2lpa after completion of 2 yrs of bond. they will hire you as intern or prohibition period for 6 months and they will remove within 6 months we from our collage 8 members are selected and they hired only one and removed all other the conformation ratio is 1 :8 , PLEASE DONT JOIN IN THIS COMPANY THEY WILL RUIN ALL YOUR DREAMS ,THEY WILL GIVE ONLY 20K ON PERIOD OF SIX MONTHS
