Working environment, 6 days a week, 6 month bond, Low pay lastly as it is a startup so thing are just not standard you will focus on making things work no matter how.

Work environment, 6 days a week, Low pay, long notice period, Bad experience during the notice period, you are kind of left own your own and have to find the solutions own your own and if the boss didn't like it you did no work!

I am working in the company as a part time Software Engineer. Teammates and leader is very supportive, we can approach anyone at anytime. Since its a start up company and we have less teammates due to which I got an opportunity to work on multiple area speaking from designing to development to testing.

Dislikes

The culture adapted is aggressive commitment on deliverables makes it a challenging sometimes.

Great place to work with ample opportunities to learn new and exciting stuff. The leader is very helpful and hands-on, although its time mismatch b/w India and Japan but leader response us anytime whenever we face any issue. The work culture promotes collective growth.

WFH is an issue which leads to lack of team building.
