Toxic management is supported, poor cafeteria food & hygiene, no promotions for hard working people (only bootlickers), bad pay hikes to good people, too much internal politics and learning opportunities are less in some teams who deny change of verticals. It's just a good company with a decent package for a fresher , initially it's good but the year end it would be too hectic and unavoidable.

Only work life balance to some extent

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Worst company in terms of salary. Stay here for 10 years, butter managers and you will survive even if you have zero knowledge. They will take people from Customer Service background in core HR team who have zero knowledge. Worst management who don’t know what’s happening in the company and will take random decisions to spoil your career. If you a hard-worker and want to grow this is the worst company for you.
