You will be entitled with 12 CL's and can be used continuously for 2 days and not more than that. If falls on Monday/Friday then only one day

1)They are not giving variable pay for new joiners. 2)No work life balance 3)They are not accepting sick leave it consider as unplanned leave. 4)For team lunch they collected amount from employees 5) No fun events etc.

It was too good to start as a fresher at ADP.we will have plenty of chances to explore in different areas.I strongly recommend for a fresher it's the best company.

I don't find negatives while I'm working for ADP. The only reason to come out of it is salary.
