It's a good company but the Indian management ruins it all.

I have never worked in a company who pays your performance incentives from your monthly salary and then deduct that amount when the time arrives for the variable payout. It's a clear scam that the management is doing. When was moved to other department successfully, they cancelled the movement and got me back to where I was rather than moving me in another dpt. This is just not frustration but the facts. I am so done with it

Work life balance is good except few projects. Company culture is good. Job security is good. Bonus will be given in every September salary which is outside of CTC.

Either parents/In-laws are covered under policy with free of cost (Company paid) - Free health check up only for 35 age group and above. Covered spouse if 35 age group - Free food alternative Monday and Friday - Team lunch according to budject. Most probably half yearly once - Bonus is paid only if company reached highest profits - Shift allowance is paid according to shifts - Internet expense is refundable upto 1000 per month - You will be paid Rs.500 for your Birthday - You and your spouse offered for lunch/dinner in a restaurent on your marriage day

...reimbursement is not digitized. You have to courier all your original documents. - Variable pay is not even paid 50% as shown in offer - Hikes are less than 2% sometimes no hikes - During go-lives you have to extend and support 15 to 16 hours - Worst Casual leaves. You will be entitled with 12 CL's and can be used continuously for 2 days and not more than that. If falls on Monday/Friday then only one day

...nuses are paid low..they treat you like a typical lala company in terms of pay.. single digits hike no matter how low your salary is..
