ADP is the great place to learn payroll & Tax. I love the work culture most. The plus point is job responsibility given to every individual is very clear and specified.Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, ans we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. Also client allocation is little high for individuals.

It's just a good company with a decent package for a fresher , initially it's good but the year end it would be too hectic and unavoidable.

The work life balance is bad , there is no bonuses unlike other companies, there is no additional perks like sodexo coupons , there no Diwali,new year gifts

Worst company in terms of salary. Stay here for 10 years, butter managers and you will survive even if you have zero knowledge. They will take people from Customer Service background in core HR team who have zero knowledge. Worst management who don’t know what’s happening in the company and will take random decisions to spoil your career. If you a hard-worker and want to grow this is the worst company for you.

Adp is just like a school Nobody has professionalism. Manager's act like teachers Too much work with very less salary and when we ask for hike they give us in peanuts. I prefer not to work there.

...re not at par with company standards. There is no comp structure based on level. Manager gets less salary then his/her reportee.
