Worst company in terms of salary. Stay here for 10 years, butter managers and you will survive even if you have zero knowledge. They will take people from Customer Service background in core HR team who have zero knowledge. Worst management who don’t know what’s happening in the company and will take random decisions to spoil your career. If you a hard-worker and want to grow this is the worst company for you.

Market value revision of salary will happen frequently. For good company results, cash bonus will be received by all employees equally. Employee are well taken care. Career growth is taken utmost importance.

QA role is not taken seriously. Almost freshers will be hired for complex testing flows which will have huge impact on product
