Automag has supply good products in automation material handling equipment.Company has SAP and working on PDM software to released engineering drawings. We can learn and enhance skill in daily activities.Currently company work on appreciation of employees by doing extraordinary activities.

Compensation is decent and growth is more chances to beat achievement. somtimes I have to work 12-14 hours straight in a day & learnt more things ...here company ,managers & managment are vey good & supportable.

... 20-25 people lost their job. They have directly been told to leave the company. No salary reduction or any other options given. This has happened 2-3 times earlier also.

The growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. 10 hr. working per day is common. Managers do not value an individuals unique strengths. Actually there is an absolute chaos in the design department where I used to work. There is a severe leadership crisis in the organisation. The designers do not have budget awareness of project. Everything is done by using previous project data. No innovations or appreciations for cost cutting ideas.The dirty internal politics is at peak.

Job security was ok before lockdown but after no any job security is now in this period. Culture & policies are well & satisfied.

Company reduce salary to all employees due to slowdown orders but affected to daily household expenses .
