Employees are treated as family. All colleges are very supportive and friendly.

Company is far away from city. Salary was less, CAE meshing modeling work was very challenging and complex. Work pressure was more.

Work culture is awesome ..training soft skill training are excellent..at work helping nature is there. Collogues are very friendly. Overall good and excellent. work life also hybrid model is there in only some departments.

1.salary 2.hike 3.location 4.if something suggested it will take more time to do or sometimes no concern. 6.HR

I am working here from last one year, but I have been given same tasks again and again, some changes in work I wanted, and communicated also, but still I am getting same tasks, for this reason is less number of resources eventhough they can train other guys. By this I am little frustrated, other than this everything is good for me.

Compared to other OEM less salary offered.

... have sunk the company, highly unprofessional people and corrupt environment, Beware of the glossy interviews and package offering, it is way beyond corruption, they don't care if they are playing with peoples Career and think that they cab compensate by paying them for harrasement and harrasing jobs.

... My teammates are good friendly and all production target will be reached daily. Company salary is not satisfied and poor carrier growth.but I have learnt so many company procedure and how to maintain the all team members,how to give the daily production target with ZERO defects . first one think this my first working company.
