Owners are good of this company but unable to see the incapablity of their senior managers and so called non productive COO. Who has suffered many times for his behaviour against female staffs.

Dislikes

Old staffs those are working from last 12 14 years are the main theives and culprit they never let you settle down they also demotivate you mislead you against the company owners and managers as well. Ultimately they never wants anybody to come and rise the objectives of company. And coo is under trap of his own loopholes so he has no grudge to tell anything to them otherwise he must be exposed by them.

Nothing as such. Clean showroom maybe.

Dislikes

Working environment. Punctuality. Career growth. Different rules for old employees. Forced resignation(50 employees in last two years including posts like COO/Sales Head/Sales Manager/POC Head/Team Leader and many more highly paid posts.)
