Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

....If you are a B.tech electrical fresher it may be proof god company for you. ... It helps to increase your technical skills in electrical. .....you go for the side service so you also save some expenses and earn from their. But little less chance to learn for other branch.

....Sometimes working hrs may be flexible ..... Salary will be late never on time. ..... Security of job is less . ..... Can't becomes master in anything they circulate your work according to their needs. ...less chance to learn for mechanical and also less chance for growing.
