The company is so chindi that they don't even pay the right amount of full & final & you have to chase them with proofs 4. The entire team is a bunch of clown running a grocery shop 5. Toxic work Culture, No work life balance can get call any time after 8 pm or even on weekends they will call you do complete work if not done then they will tell you to resign. Even you complete all tasks on time and doing well Does not matter if the project is finished they will About you Directly.

1) Salary on time 2) Mostly Managers are supportive except HR 3) If you are on leave - no one will trouble you

1) Few earlier employees are insecure & they will try to show as if you don't know anything 2) When you are in the System, you won't be able to connect with the HR who was hiring you & now things will happen as per company policies 3) sometime you have to work on an unrealistic deadlines

...ric attitude but poor planning compromises the quality to a unimaginable extent. Hiring more inexperienced people at less pay rather than hiring an experienced guy. Doesn't want to wait for the training of those new hires, rather want them to understand everything in one day and start working the next. One advice to management: Do not take people for granted, pay them what they deserve and don't make them feel disgusted by underpaying them.
