The promotions are 0 and the appraisals are almost 0. 4.There is no job security, it's on the whims and fancies of your seniors. How good chaatu you are, ensues whether you will be secure or not. Politics is on another level. 5. The company over-all lacks good work culture. The company is not at all ethical even with their employees or even with their clients. 6. Unethical ways are followed to just get the work done. It is strongly recommended to avoid this company at all costs whatsoever.

Toxic work Culture, No work life balance can get call any time after 8 pm or even on weekends they will call you do complete work if not done then they will tell you to resign. Even you complete all tasks on time and doing well Does not matter if the project is finished they will About you Directly.

1) Few earlier employees are insecure & they will try to show as if you don't know anything 2) When you are in the System, you won't be able to connect with the HR who was hiring you & now things will happen as per company policies 3) sometime you have to work on an unrealistic deadlines
