Working here is like being in a pressure cooker with no escape. They pay peanuts and expect you to be grateful for it. And forget about work-life balance - it's non-existent. And let's not even talk about the food - it's beyond terrible. Honestly, this company is a joke and I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy. Steer clear unless you enjoy being treated like garbage.

Nothing except lunch provided by the company... location of company is at such a place where you will get nothing to eat if they don't provide lunch. You should have strong legs to reach to the company or should have personal vehicle

Dislikes

...lp, no support will be provided by anyone. Just keep on firefighting yourself. If you try to resign then they will ask to refund all your salary since your joining. Because you have to fill 2 years bond before joining

The gurgoan management is still better than, the head of ggn branch is very calm person and one can also learn alot from him

There is no work life balance. Even though even if u r doing overtime for them to get the task completed before deadline they will still insult u and make u doubt your self worth . And the worst thing is when pune head meddles in with ggn operation , and most of time the many things coming from pune side is so baseless , without making any sense And even though they are very strict about their so called rules but if it is someone favourite or someone that came through a very high approach is not following the rules , the rules are nothing for those and they treat HR so bad , their is no respect for HR there . And they expect people to take no leave have no personal life and if someone wants to have a balance between the both that person is most likely ti get fired!

Likes

The Company culture was very good. All Seniors were very Cooperative and polite and we worked as a team that I liked very much. It was a good learning point for me.

Dislikes

Delay in each and every task for which we are dependent on them from seniors side that i dislike . Weak polices
