Ceo doesn't care about employee in india. He stated that his business is in USA he doesn't care about employee satisfaction in india. Attrition is very high. They ask to sign bond to new employees. No hierarchy is followed.

No bonus, no any compensation, salary increment by 2k to 4k after 1.5 or 2 years, rotational shift, no work life balance, no leaves of you are dying also I have to come to work, full politics , u have to listen everything of the senior employees, manager don't keep watch what is happening in the team, manager has given power to senior and his chamchas and they put pressure and you and they ask you to do everything they just ralax and chill they don't work, and in night shifts senior people will sleep and u have to monitor the system whole night from 10 pm to 7 am , without any blink of a eye, please don't join l2 shift anchor team in moc, if you are selected as a l2 and your position is system analyst and you work is monitoring the system, you will not learn anything here, they take bond of two years and take your original documents with them , so u cannot do anything between these two years they will treat you like more than a labour of midc.. so jar tumchyavr bhik magaychi Pali aali asel tr bhig maaga pn hi compony mdhe support cha job gheu naka and tyatle tyat l2 shift anchor, system analyst, and rotational shift jya mdhe asel to join mla Karu..

Rapidly growing company will give you lot of knowledge as they believe in sucking all the work out of employees as they can. So apparently you will learn a lot.

Dislikes

...ny projects you complete in record time there is no appreciation for you work. - They want to you to do work of 4 people and expect you to take salary of half person. - strict timings for starting shift but no fixed time to go home. - You will have to work on off days as company doesn't think that you are human and have life and family. -No overtime bonus, no allowances,no cabs. -In short , join if you don't want to have personal life and you want to be labour and not an IT guy.

Nothing to like no benefits they dont have even place for employees to sit , asked employees to work from CEO home.

Space will be less to list out details but want to highlight few pointers. 1) Pathetic and arrogant management 2) Micro-Micro-Micro management- they will tell when yo eat and when to sleep. 3) baised leaders and Hr’s 4)dirty dirty politics 5) work timing is 8am to 2 am ( if u have not picked up call if ur admitted it will get escalated and manager will informed HR to push the candidate on PIP and the candidate who has taken star performers award in last month and HR listens to it, so you can imagine they are running family politics inside office. 6) illegal bonds they are asking candidates to sign and if ur not signing it then its candidate bad days started as they will torcher the candidate till he leaves. This was told by my manager when he was high. 7) CEO has to be strict as the position demands, but he should change the layer of upper management as they are holding this company to grow. The non deserving candidate is holding up the very high position by just buttering. 8) people are leaving this company is huge as HR claims they have hire 500 people last year still company has 700 people only so u can imagine 500 candidates are getting hire and 550 candidates are leaving the company just because of bad and not deserving bosses.
