Not a single. There is no negative rating that's why I am forced to give rating 1.

Dislikes

Everything. It was my biggest mistake to join Aurous. I could not find a single point where I can give good rating. In the beginning they will agree for everything but you will see the truth after you join. The life will be horrible after day1.

They are very professional starts from arranging the interviews till i joined client in malaysia. they have given freedom to work from india, they will apply visa, flight and hotel stay initially. very smooth processing and excellent benefits

Not much, processing can be little bit faster but again it depends from client and other factors too.

The best part of working in AIA Malaysia is that you got to learn entire business process by interacting with different stakeholders. You got ample opportunity to handle project independently. Very good Work-Life balance. Working with AIA will boost the career at another level.
