Dislikes

There is lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is bond of 3years before which you can’t resign. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

On time salary, good increments, festival celebrations, cultural activities, transportation.

Work satisfaction - Good

Dislikes

No training for freshers also, seniors wont support, extra charges in payslip, increment in house rent allowance not in basic pay, hr policies are worst.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

School of Old thoughts, Importance is given to timing of office rather than looking at deliveries from individuals. Typical government office mindset. Not ready to ideate, innovate or implement new techniques. A lot of scope to improve HR Policies and processes . Not willing to re-structure compensation. This leads to higher income tax cuts. Tax options are very limited from the available options
