As a company Aurobindo Pharma Ltd is a good company. No issue with Job security. Always trying to get update as per CGMP. Employee relationship was good. Need to improve in HR policies i think.

...e and the management is transparent there is huge cafeteria arcade for chilling.comoany policies are very good,apparaisals are fiir and they give good salary hike nad bonus every year

There is a bond of 3years before which you cannot resign . On the job training is not given to new joinees

There is alot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is above of 3 years before which you cannot resign.

...mpany responce is highly apritiable. Moral support from management is excellent. Salary hike like increments for every year is very good.
