Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. They just gave me the package i asked

Very bad experience Joined at Aurobindo Healthcare Unit -3, work culture is the worst i have experienced. The quality head Milind Sindamkar with zero knowledge and only concern about who is taking leaves always harassing people even QC and QA head are searching new job because of him. Use foul language and always telling people that he will remove them Never support juniors uses foul language. So many people have complained against him but management not taking any action. I am looking for job and advice people plz do not join here
