Dislikes

don't spoil your career,health and time. low salary no work culture bad management abusing and harassing the employess if they try to resign. you have to work minium 11-12 hrs per day don't expect work life and balance

Salary on time, Increment/Appraisal every year. Joined as Trainee Security Engineer without Cyber security knowledge and worked for 2 and half years. My designation was Associated Security Engineer. Here, I learnt Web, Mobile, API, Wifi etc... Good company. We can learn the things here.

My Journey with Auriseg as a HR executive was really Great. Freedom for Learning is more Good and pleasant co working space Promising working culture Job security is 100% Employee engagement is good, as the issues and queries that are raised is been addressed at ease.

Auriseg is expanding, henceforth pros and cons will be there But from my side no dislikes

Work place will be just like our house.......because it is literally a 2BHK house

Dislikes

Career growth is very slow, there is a bond of 2 year, job training is not given to joinees. There is alot of politics in management. They will only use cracked software and low quality laptop (i7 with 3gen)
