No job security,spoils the career of freshers by hiring them and without reason terminating them ,no career growth in terms of technology ,managers being friendly in front of us and behind does the back stabbing work,Not a company for fresher to start their carrer

The learning curve is very high since it is a start-up that designs capital management software and customizes its products. The soft skills will be required so much though you're into just technical roles. Leadership is developed since you will handle roles alone.

Dislikes

..., on-site and on-shore connections demand work post 8 pm or at least until 8 pm. There's no variable pay for the extra efforts you put forward. Salary and hikes are less too.

...n second category. It is absolutely professional and I can recommend to join it. In the past year, not even for a single time has my salary been late. my leaves have been approved on a quick note. the management and HR have only been fair in everything that they've done.
