Compensation is decent, but growth is fast. The work pressures is very high. Sometime, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. But there is good growth.

...ow an prosper. Company is very dynamic, it changes its policy within minutes. They take advantage of freshers, in the name of training they don't pay freshers for 6 months and make them work on live projects without clients consent. This company follows Bond policy and make sure if anybody leaves the organization they make them pay bond amount which is 1 lakh to 2 lakhs. I would suggest that 1 can starve to death but do not join this company EVER.
