Nothing is here. No leadership. Wrost things going here. In 2007 to 2016 the work shop running good. Now here Gm are changed rules are. Changed. One word about it this is not Audi Hyderabad. This is Toyota Mahindra workshop not Audi workshop

...the bad whether between technicians. No skill development. No in house training. Here high paid salary trainer is there. But he didn't took any training class from he joined onwards. No job security every time GM says go and search another job in meeting. No carrier growth who work hard like me same position. Who not do work hard they will get TL posts. Wrost salary here starting technicians getting 7 to 9 thousand. Senior DT get 30000. Compare with Gurgaon Delhi Chennai Bangalore it's very low and wrost salary. No proper incriminate. No insensitive. The workshop target is 1 crore. But no good salary.to reach the office is very critical the route is not good. Before Gm working here there no politics Now GM change he is from Toyota he play cheep tricks. He is cunning charecter he is from small brand his mind also thinking like that. He is not support to technicians support management. No learning from Here only. Work environment is wrost no proper infrastructure the Audi people said lot of times about infra but they don't care. No proper bathroom. No parking place. Technicians dress change room is very small. Three technicians change the dress remaining technicians waiting for out side that is situation. Technicians have no uniform no safety shoes. One silly think from 3 weeks there is no water for handwashing everyday we said in meeting we find silly answer from AGM what I am doooo.. there is no innovation day by day it's reduce name and quality. I felt very happy with my work daily it's challenging for me in diagnosis but we don't have support from GM level. The management is very good but the mediator GM is not good.be is giving wrong feed back to management. Finally we need to good GM such a support GM. Or else we need another dealer ship . This is not only my words this is every technicians pain.

...the name of Adventure Auto Car India Ltd. Worst dealership in the entire nation. Only salary paid in time.

No job security even after giving your best, No training, No appreciation. Invester driven company . Very bad reputation of the dealership. No one wants to join. Do not join this company even if u get 100% hike.

I am not happy to work here. But work environment is good. Employees are good. I have must to do work for the serviving of metro city so i forcedness to work here.

I am not happy to work here because he has deducted salary for the last 7 months for the reason of covide 19. For the job security purpose this company is bad he has eleminated employees on the sport.

Here in Audi you can learn new technology. In Audi Surat Technical team is too good help each other & supportive.

Also I have to work 14-15 hours in a day but no notice when appraisals come. also they not given salary/Incentive as committed in interview so Audi Suart is the worst company ever I seen in my life for warranty incharge. They stop your salary even u give notice before 1 month of resignation it is not professional things.

...y & getting familiar with latest diagnosis process & high end diagnostic tools 3) Decent pay scale (but not for all departments & positions) 4) Mostly you are free to work in you own way but should adhering the process which makes learning easier 5) You will get adequate training 6) No politics within workshop floor team 7) You can get decent incentive if business target is achieved 8) Brand value

1) No work life balance, sometime have to work 10- 12 hrs. a day 2) If you are able to do multitasking then you will be burdened with excessive work load
