...culture.teammates arefull supportive&managemant .company policies are excellent.good salary end of month.good support the porcurement &managment.also sub contractore and all worker quro.this project agrement only.all excution and Q/A&Q/C,FABRICATION TEAM,WITH SAFTEY DEPARMENT.ALL MATERIAL AND HEAVY EQUIPMENT ARE AVILABLE AT SITE.LOGISTIC AND PROCUREMENT TEMEARE GOOD .PLUS ALL WORKER FACILALTY AND PAYMENT AER PROPARLY SEND ACCOUNT NUMBER END OF MONTH.Also Clint handling and our mansgment policy.

Dislikes

There aer a lot of politics and management doesnot our issues our issue is goal . there is a bond only this project.no required the job training is not given to new joinees.

Likes

Audex being a Singapore company has diversified work culture . It is a challenge and an opportunity T the same time to work with different people and to set the frequency in right pace. Altogether the Managment is pleasing and promotes hard workmanship.

Dislikes

As in case of most of the construction companies involved in projects, the tandem of work to achieve the target is impulsive and thereby often a work to family life balance cannot be maintained.
