... at Audax Labs for the past two years, and my experience has been disappointing. Despite my tenure, I have not received any salary increments. The commitments made in the offer letter have not been fulfilled, and variable pay is consistently delayed. The company demands significant effort from employees but does not offer adequate recognition or appreciation. Instead of investing in employee growth and increments, the budget is allocated to activities like badminton and other non-essential initiatives. This lack of career growth and acknowledgment has negatively impacted professional development. I would advise prospective employees to carefully evaluate their options before joining.

Working conditions are not too bad. If you are a fresher, you will get full support from the colleague's.

Dislikes

There is a serious problem with the management. Management does not know what they want from employees they don't have any plans, and they don't give salary hikes. For Example, I have not received any salary hikes from the last 1.5 years, and if they do, it will only be about 5 or 7 percent. Additionally there is no job security there. You could literally be fired without any explanation. Freshers should avoid this company if they have other opportunities, as well as experienced individuals who will receive nothing from this company.

Audax hires people and after a while it does silent firing.There is no as such prominent project on which one works.This company has destroyed a phase of career of many by making lots of false promises.They sack people at a stage form there , it becomes hard to get into any position.They made people to quit the it field. Poor baised management system. They provides annual increment of the salary of existing employees by sacking the other employees. You can't even get from where they accumute such cheap tactics to hold the decent impression. Deservee people doesn't get as much attention what they actually does.Totally rubbish. This company must be banned,shame on the management system!!!!!!!!!

Dislikes

Only thing is that they don’t utilise resources better. Some employee over allocated and some are always under allocated.
