So much partiality and politics the whole team taking action according to only one woman no one asks your side and no one sees the work they only need buttering people and if you are not the fire you.

I work as a creative designer. I make social media ads, web banners and website ui/ux designs. Co-workers are very helpful in teaching me to up my skills in making advertising designs for clients. Overall a cooperative workplace.
