-Slow responce on critical recommended process and changes which can improve team bandwidth, mitigate risk, create BCP of existing internal and external process/agency, reduce cost etc. -Lack of update on existing/ongoing project to involved and responsible stakeholders by project management/development team. Only discussion conducts in limited group member (internal/external). Around deployment phaseab of activity/project, responsible stakeholders (SME) looped, where multiple observations identified and shared by SME to project manager/developer, which could have been identified earlier and taken care of during expectation setting/development phase instead of making change at the time of deployment phase to minimise the TAT of reduce cost incurred in development of new project/product/application

They give complete ownership of thing which is challenging at times and helps one grow fast

Dislikes

...lease appraisals very very late and you can’t expect decent hike or promotion. There is so standardisation of role and salary/ grade it’s pathetic. And attrition is sky rocketing here

...come to know that the things that are here are not as they are spoken and shown. Company policies aren't good, appraisals also depends on politics and they didn't give you good salary and opportunities. Overall company isn't good and there isn't any opportunities in the company.

Your Reproting Manger not allow to puch the attendance as a result you get less salary, No HR Rule, you, No holiday, even 2nd and 4th Saturday they called in branch, only chamchas stick here, performer not getting respect here. Even top management do nothing if you think to compliant your reporting boss.

Customer retention affected by product policy, even regular interest paying customer is affecting by policy (i.e) monthly interest payable scheme customer should pay interest 32 days if pay in 30 days principal only redeem and next interest doubling the interest percentage. Gold Appraiser come from outside so we waiting more than half day because operation Team can start KYC procedures After verification of Gold ornaments Purity by Appraiser. Single Tab can use for all kind of operations even Checker and Maker also.
