If there is one thing that i would appreciate is that, at least we get salary credit on time, as this reminds me the only reason for staying in indifferent environment.

Job Dissatisfaction - Success of Product is dependent on multiple factors like Research, Proposition, Design, Execution, marketing etc. People behind each functions does there Job well but fails when put together. Therefore, the one who is bearing torch must be strong enough and experienced in managing all these together. I feel senior product person should be someone who has prior experience in at least 3 core functions which is missing here. And when leader is not experienced enough, other problem arises. Like. Monotonous Work, More focus on impressing senior management with biased numbers, Decision basis gut feeling, Lack of Growth and Learning. Extreme Slow Execution etc. Strict Timing - No WFH, Alternate Saturday off

They give complete ownership of thing which is challenging at times and helps one grow fast

...lease appraisals very very late and you can’t expect decent hike or promotion. There is so standardisation of role and salary/ grade it’s pathetic. And attrition is sky rocketing here

sell yourself better at joining ask them best u can....later pay hike as other banks aren't great.. so ask better hikes at the entry itself...if u are not happy with the offer move with another banks...

Yoy hikes .. sales don't get paid correct and timely incentives .. delay and hold on incentives when u resign. Balance leaves don't get paid when u exit the organization .
