Bank reputation was good, also policy good. I appreciate for banking hours was (branch closing) 07:30pm. For family, friend or personal time' space.

Dislikes

But existing employee (good experience) salary according to new joining employee was very low. And staff shorting or leave applying so far. At the time my 28+ pl or 3 sick leave not used. Incase leave system not.

Company is good for those who want nothing from his life as no future growth and worklife balance there but good for those who not much aware about there personal lifee tooo

No work life all day working no comp off salary is very less

AU bank have clear vission and bank lounched good product. AU Bank has good product. We can interact with senior management easily. We can highlight easily with our performance

...ing in ROMG. They just checking MIS and reporting and passing 1 to 2 years hear. They are coming only for salary hike. PLP and KPI different program not useful. Need one program for incentive purpose.

Only salary on time and nothing else.

Dislikes

Poor work life balance, no fix timing. Pressurise to work on holidays and 7 days a week work, only name for bank but no holidays. No good promotions given to employee, also appraisal comes late in month of September. Culture is very pathetic because employee don't get time for self, more than 12 hours of working everyday.

Being a small finance bank, it gives prompt response to customer since daily walk in to the main branch in Bangalore is 3-4 customers (at the max)

Dislikes

...have any say before sales department. They ask to come to work even on holidays. Line Manager has all the power to hold fixed salary. He may choose to hold upon achieving monthly targets. Over all, not at all recommended for work.
