Though the overall work culture is likable needs more professionlism to be a more matured Bank, have to diversify more into mainstream banking and reducing the erstwhile MFI portfolio

The Compensation policy needs to be more transperant as the variable pay component is misleading and takes away the proposed hike components as we end up getting far more less than what was promised.

Likes

Being a small finance bank, it gives prompt response to customer since daily walk in to the main branch in Bangalore is 3-4 customers (at the max)

Dislikes

...have any say before sales department. They ask to come to work even on holidays. Line Manager has all the power to hold fixed salary. He may choose to hold upon achieving monthly targets. Over all, not at all recommended for work.

This bank is just harassing their employees in name of work they forced their employees to work on just holidays also on Festivals.Late sitting at offices are common.Hr is just stands for only their positions.No healthy work environment and other extra curriculum activities for employees. Seniors are treating the subordinates like their slave. People who are wanted to work for this bank first thing you need to check the bank don't want to give you your personal life.

The environment here is good and there is job security and supported league.

Dislikes

There is no salary package here, appraisal is not very special, no promotion is given, no enjoyment or party is given to the employee, no salary bonus is given on Diwali.

They give complete ownership of thing which is challenging at times and helps one grow fast

Dislikes

...lease appraisals very very late and you can’t expect decent hike or promotion. There is so standardisation of role and salary/ grade it’s pathetic. And attrition is sky rocketing here
