timing is a big issue you don't have time for other like family friends you won't take holidays leave and the manager are not supporting. growth is also very slow .
Overall experience is good working with Au. But organization is not promoting employee to next position..

...lease appraisals very very late and you can’t expect decent hike or promotion. There is so standardisation of role and salary/ grade it’s pathetic. And attrition is sky rocketing here

Bank have to provide petrol allowance to the sales executive. On every 4th saturday and sunday their is working day. Employee promotion chances is very low in the bank.
