Overall experience is good working with Au. But organization is not promoting employee to next position..

...n Saturday and Sunday... 2. Bank was not promoting employee to next position 3. Salary is not justified for working hours 4. Petrol expenses claim must for employees

Being a small finance bank, it gives prompt response to customer since daily walk in to the main branch in Bangalore is 3-4 customers (at the max)

Dislikes

...have any say before sales department. They ask to come to work even on holidays. Line Manager has all the power to hold fixed salary. He may choose to hold upon achieving monthly targets. Over all, not at all recommended for work.

They give complete ownership of thing which is challenging at times and helps one grow fast

Dislikes

...lease appraisals very very late and you can’t expect decent hike or promotion. There is so standardisation of role and salary/ grade it’s pathetic. And attrition is sky rocketing here

salary is very low. Work load is very much. Bank have to provide petrol allowance to the sales executive. On every 4th saturday and sunday their is working day. Employee promotion chances is very low in the bank.

Banking culture is fine , but the salary policy is less in relation to inflation.

Dislikes

There is a need for some improvement and changes in the management , and the salaries of RO and BM should also be increased.
