They are very very strict with code quality. If you are not constantly learning new things, then you will loose respect and will be removed from the team.

Tech wise they are too strong and coding standards are too high compared to other companies. If anyone looking to grow their carrier in software development then this is going to be one of your best choice.

It has a great working environment. They are very strict with Quality and that what makes it better. They do not force you to be master of all but encourage you to gain expertise in one direction.
