At Atul Ltd-Valsad I most like the atmosphere especially in monsoon, the greenery. I also like the employee re-hire policy. My collegues which are from different cultural background but to do from with them is very happily and they all are very supportive.

Compensation is great, but growth is slow.

The work life balance is good if you are in General Shift if in Shift its not, also Salary seems much higher...they show false Expectation which are never fulfilled

Dislikes

Colors division is the worst division in Atul where only production is seen, safety is not a priority. Hr policies and values are useless..they dont apply in real life...they are just on Paper

... Teammates are very supportive and management are so good for decision and help. Company policies are good, they have good salary and increment.

Not cutting the salary for even a single day. Even during the complete lockdown

Salaries and promotions will not be given in reference to the responsibilities assigned and the efforts put in but your personal relationships with your superiors and HR

Have a great environment in all the way, peaceful. Floor person very smart contributes. Company investment high level think, budget very nice for improvement in automation.

Dislikes

Inter relationship very strong factor for good increment and growth. Salary structure lower the compair MNC company. Hr very strong. Employee benefits zero percent.
