Not good working atmosphere, I put my more and more affort but found, result not satisfactory due to contractor as well as working drawing not getting in time or very very delay, our owner and director very very good, but they should know or find out realty at site without single problem I have completed 413 no of 7 story buildings in 30 months, good and experience contractor in Jeddha KSA, I already worked 12 yrs World biggest Construction Company VINCI Construction Company France basis Doha-Qatar KSA, Dubai, Bahrain, I have 30 yrs working experience, I am master in construction .

Drawing not getting in time Not experienced contractor Non technical people interrupting at site, due to this moral going down

As working with Atul projects, I have learned many things related to technical skills , risk factors, decision making etc... My teammates are very good and very helpful... career growth is depend upon the work factor , but as to me yes it is their only If I do something good and new to boost the site works...

Talking about my experience, I joined the company after completion of my engineering studies ie after my semester 8 in the month of June. And learnt that the company had to offer a lot to me. I was appointed as a trainee site engineer initially and after 6months I became a permanent site engineer. I can say a few companies offer such key position to freshers and Atul Projects is one of them. Their work culture and ethics are an excellent example of team spirit.

It's my pleasure of working with Atul project Lots of work and exposures . Had so many opportunity to show my talent to the Dirctor. One thing is good that our directly give us prompt decision . The company is very good for career growth, I got an opportunity to work with Atul Projects and that was the turning point in my career. The work environment is very good. I got an opportunity to expose my talent here & that develop my personality.

Office time is 10am to 7pm, I think this should be till 6pm or 6.30pm
