Mobile is strictly prohibited in plant, Plant gate checking is like same as at Airport, Caustic plant working environment is worst, Leave is not granted at any cost inspite of doing 6 to 10 months duty regularly.

Atul has very good working atmosphere and one of the green chemical complexes in India. There are many new projects currently going on at Atul. They provide good salary hikes and bonus every year. There is a club run by Atul Trust for chilling.

Salary is good but career growth is slow. The canteen facility here is not so good. There is no transportation facility provided by the company.

Management even don’t talk to front liner neither any employee can call other those who work in same team. Puppet behaviour can give rewards only.
