All team mates are very friendly at my time. salary comes on time. But since last 2 years they do not give salary on time.

In terms of career growth, employee can not learn new things. They are not adopting new technology. Company will not give any appraisal to his employee. Overall company is not good for those who want to learn new things for his career and in terms of money also company is not good. Since last two years they are not paid to me my salary.

...s around 4-7 months. When I was working there highest tenure was 9 months....... Always taunting on salary like they are doing favour by providing you the salary. Hire people from B-schools with no budget and guts to pay them.... Basically a call centre kinda environment.

Only the salary part was okay as in not much deduction still you won’t get before 10-15th, good cause to be in media

The company has no values, what is more appalling is that they are more like “playing bosses” and less about timely execution. Most employees are sourced due to personal connections or freshers. Basically, not a proper organization but feels like a philanthropic initiative trying to be a business. One of the co-founders behaviour is awful.

there is no negative rating other wise it is to be given. salary pending for almost 10 months to 15 months in the last 2 years to their employees. EPF not paid and tds not deposited. form 16 not issued. NO relieving letter if the employees want to quit. No salary slip. no reply for any mail and messages. iso certification are not valid and no vendor got payment. bank loan default.

NO recruitment currently and better not to think about for even interview please.
