Salary payments are constantly delayed, despite repeated promises from HR, who creates false expectations and misleads employees. Due to salary delay, my family was about to take legal action against this company for not following their guidelines. ● Rude behaviour of HR adds to the stress, making the work environment unbearable. Very disappointing. So, **NOT FOR FRESHERS**. She's not a problem solver, she's a problem creator for the employees. We were forced to submit a file of 2000 words in 10 minutes. I was like, even ChatGPT would fail to generate at this speed. ●The company won't pay you more than 15K. They will tell you about loads of incentives and increment procedures, but they won't provide you because nothing is mentioned in their guidelines regarding increments and incentives, which gives them the benefit. ●Experienced employees can handle it here but the freshers won't, you can go see for yourself. ●ATPO Company misleads employees with promises of increments for technical and finance tasks but instead finds ways to unfairly deduct salaries. Despite completing tasks efficiently, we faced unfair treatment, with no transparency or accountability regarding pay.

One of the worst experiences I had in my recent time working in this bad company. The company so called rules and policies can terminate even any new employee in the company.

I like nothing in this company. This is office for sure but has nothing to grow. Poor work culture and disgusting strategies seniors play with female employees. Bad environment for female staffs especially in this office. Senior has no personality and try to hide real identity to sustain the image in competitive market.
