Good compensation ans hike compared only to other service companies, management is good, hard work is appreciated. Easy to change technology within company. They encourage certifications as well

Dislikes

Infrastructure is very bad. Public shauchalay type washrooms. Too much work frm home culture with many employees misusing it. No lay offs again with many employees exploiting it. Very less/almost no onsite oportunities for technical people. Free transport is not cancelled. No funding for team outing or any activities

Overall experience with Atos is fine. Though limited opportunity for growth and overseas exposure, compensation and work life balance was ok. However it may differ with project as well.

Everything is good about Atos till now considering training and job security. As we are new to Atos so can't say about appraisal.

The only thing which I dislike about Atos policy is the three months notice period that needs to be served. I think notice period policy should be as per designation.
