Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive always looking to be better. There is a big cafeteria, gym and indoor gaming section. Company policies are good.

Dislikes

Management isn't transparent and doesn't address the issues. Salary is decent and appraisals are fair, but do not give a good salary hike and bonus. Career growth for the team members is not well planned and is very slow.

It's a very good company and with the good people and each and every one are very supportive about work and the management was very nice,we are flexible with our working hours

After the takeover of Syntel, Atos fate was doomed, the biggest blunder Atos management did was to retain the Syntel leadership team which itself was the reason for its own sellout due to performance and it's internal political and cultural setup which impeded it's growth for many years and finally claimed it's victim in Atos.

As most will agree, many factors depend on the project and managers. My Lead and Manager are great people, we have little freedom when it comes to working hours as long as we are responsible and complete tasks before deadline. The support for personal/career development is great from my both of them.

The HR dept. The Pay. It's not upto market standards. It all depends on how much important you are to the team. Even have to beg for 30% of the hike in which you deserve. There are more chances of replacing than retaining people.
