Good culture, friendly environment and Work life balance. New ideas are appreciated. Appraisal are happening on yearly basis however ℅is low.

Don't expect more than salary. No event or official party.

Likes

Working environment is good, not much pressure and flexible office timings. All the basic amenities available. Medical, Life and Accidental Insurance provided to all employees.

Dislikes

Don't expect any other thing than Salary, even there is deduction in variable payouts. No employee engagement activities.

It's a very good company and with the good people and each and every one are very supportive about work and the management was very nice,we are flexible with our working hours

The main dislike was salary was not as per the work it's very lower and also the hikes process was also quite bad as per my knowledge

...d outlook towards internal and external interactions. Employee centric policies. Compensation, bonus structure, leave Policy. WFH policy.

Dislikes

After the takeover of Syntel, Atos fate was doomed, the biggest blunder Atos management did was to retain the Syntel leadership team which itself was the reason for its own sellout due to performance and it's internal political and cultural setup which impeded it's growth for many years and finally claimed it's victim in Atos.

salary/hikes regarding this year 2023 no hikes are giving no projects if u r working in projects also there is no hike
