When you put down the paper, they will rate you low... and they will not give you variable pay.. fraud..and if you ask for policy, HR partner wont response positive way.. They will not give you current semester prorata variable amount once you are resigned

There's a good work life balance in the project I'm working. I did not see any layoff or salary cut during downtime. Salary hikes are 3-5% normally. Company having backend support from French government.

Not much benefits Salary hike is very less For an operation role you may need to work when ever issue comes. So more or odd working hours sometimes. No permanent wfh, but based on GCM level you will get 1/2 days flexible wfh in every week.
