Dislikes

Very poor pay master. Sudden change in policies and not following rules mentioned in the policy handbook. HR is very pathetic. Appraisal is fixed here and if you are not in good books of the management, life is gone.

One of the best company but after dividing into Eviden and Atos there are lot of changes in pay scale and appraisal format. 2024 is a bad year for atos lot of project moved from atos to tcs and wipro

The brand name Atos might help. Nothing other than that.

Dislikes

There is literally no annual salary hike given after an employee gives his/her best throughout the year. There are literally No projects here. Atos & Eviden both have very few accounts. Majority of them are releasing resources.
